What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your shift, creating delectable dishes served to our guests, whether in our Food & Beverage outlets or in-room dining. This includes overseeing night kitchen operations, participating in menu planning, maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs, and training and developing other kitchen team members to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests, and special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Chef de Partie.
