Job description

We are now looking for a Night Chef to join the team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.

Lucky Cat is one of five new, unique Gordon Ramsay experiences coming to level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate and will be Europe’s tallest restaurant.

You will be an experienced Night Chef and must be available to work nights, working 5 days out of 7. Shift times will range from 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and portion key items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and presentation. The menu features Asian-inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi, and sashimi, expertly crafted in the designated prep kitchen on level 58.
  • Assist in creating various Asian-inspired menu components under the guidance of the senior team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and H&S guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient preparation of items for service.
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to coordinate ingredients and preparations.
