Job summary

KYN is expanding its care home team and seeks a dedicated Household Carer for night shifts at KYN Bickley. You will support the Nurse and Household Care Lead and assist with personal care, privacy and dignity, following each resident's personalised plan.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.11 per hour for 40.15 hours per week, plus 28 days holiday, meals, uniforms, and pension benefits. Application involves right-to-work checks and DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nurse and Household Care Lead in delivering person-centred care.
• Follow personalised care plans and assist with personal care and continence needs.
• Undertake minor medical duties including oral care, skin care, catheter care and end of life care.
• Maintain privacy, dignity and respect for each resident.
• Create a nurturing environment where residents and families feel safe and loved.
• Act as a brand ambassador and uphold KYN values.
