About Madley Park House

Madley Park House is a warm and welcoming 'home from home' offering round-the-clock residential, early-stage dementia, and respite care. It features amenities including a hair salon and residents' shop. Situated in a quiet location in the thriving market town of Witney, the home has strong links to the local community.

Role Overview

We are looking for care assistants who can make a real difference in our residents' lives daily. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We seek caring individuals committed to creating a happy, fulfilling environment for our residents. While some days may be challenging, you'll have opportunities to laugh, have fun, and build lasting memories. Join our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care homes.
