Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available)

Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week

Located in the heart of Oxfordshire, Marston Court provides compassionate, individualized residential care, including early-stage dementia support, for up to 39 residents. The home is set in peaceful, beautifully maintained grounds with an enclosed garden, close to local shops and amenities, with good bus routes to Oxford city centre.

We are seeking caring individuals to work as care assistants, making a meaningful difference in our residents' lives daily. Your responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, assisting with toilet use). We value genuine care, kindness, and dignity, aiming to create a happy and fulfilling environment for our residents.
