Rodley House is a 42-bed Care Home located just a short drive from the small town of Lydney in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. The home offers Nursing, Respite, and Residential care in a comfortable, homely setting. We’re rated 9.5 by Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission.

We are looking for you to work as a care assistant, making a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily routines and personal care (such as washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use). We seek individuals who genuinely care for our residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilled life for them. Some days may be challenging, but you will share laughter, fun, and create lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care homes.

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care to join our diverse teams, bringing all kinds of life experience to the role. We provide induction training, ongoing support, and development opportunities to help you build a career with us.
