Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for night hours to help residents with nightly routines and promote independence. You will play a key role in ensuring health, wellbeing and safety within a close-knit care team.

The role requires proven care experience, a checkable work history and up-to-date training certificates (Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, Infection Control). An enhanced DBS is preferred or arranged if needed. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a similar care environment.
• Checkable work history is required.
• Up-to-date mandatory training: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, Infection Control.
• In-date Enhanced DBS (or willingness to arrange a new one).

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with nightly routines and promote independence.
• Support health and wellbeing and monitor residents’ comfort.
• Report concerns to Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager promptly.
• Maintain dignity and respect of residents and encourage social interaction.
• Cooperate with housekeeping to keep living spaces safe and clean.
• Assist with eating and drinking to meet nutritional needs.
