Hampshire County Council's Older Adults Residential Teams are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead shifts, supervise staff and deliver person-centred care in our residential homes. You will support residents at night, plan care with families, build trusting relationships and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team in a community-focused council.
