Job summary

Norse Group's St Edmunds residential care home in Attleborough is seeking a Care Team Leader to support residents and staff during night shifts. The role involves leading care teams, supervising daily activities, and ensuring compassionate, person-centred care.

You will work with home managers to deliver high-quality care, promote independence, and provide creative solutions that empower residents to make informed choices in line with their care plans. DBS check required.

Qualifications
