Job summary

Sandalwood Court, operated by Shaw Healthcare, is seeking a Part-time Night Support Worker to provide compassionate care in a 60-bed home. The role runs 21 hours weekly with night shifts 20:00–08:00 across a rotating schedule; no prior experience is required as full training is provided.

• Provide person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered (fluids/foods, activities, incidents).
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion for residents.
• Work collaboratively within the team and support colleagues daily.
• Help maintain a safe, happy and caring environment.
