Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking dedicated Night Care Support Workers to join our roving night service across Accrington, Blackburn, Hyndburn, Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale. You will support clients in their homes during night hours, delivering personal care, meals and medication assistance, while keeping detailed records.

The role offers 10 pm to 7 am shifts, a 4-on/4-off rota, and induction/training. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel between visits; driving

Qualifications

• Experience in care is preferred but not essential; full induction/training provided.
• Must possess a full manual driving licence and have access to own vehicle when required.
• Able to work nights and travel between client locations as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit nominated adult clients as directed by coordinators.
• Provide personal care to clients and assist with meals, fluids, and repositioning.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Communicate with supervisors and care coordinators; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training; work in pairs on night visits.
