Willowbrook Homecare is seeking a Care Support Worker to assist clients across Fylde & Wyre. The role offers flexible hours from 16 to 45 per week, with shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Competitive weekday and weekend rates apply, with mileage support and comprehensive training.

The position suits someone caring, reliable and motivated to make a difference in clients’ lives, with induction and ongoing training provided. UK applicants only.

Qualifications

• Caring personality with a willingness to help others.

• Driving licence and access to own car are required.
• Experience in care is beneficial but induction will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit nominated adult clients as directed by care coordinators.
• Provide personal care, meals/drinks, medication support and domestic help.
• Complete paperwork and share updates with supervisors.
• Comply with company policies and participate in training.
