Responsibilities

• Monitoring and responding to individual needs throughout the night
• Supporting with personal care routines where required
• Ensuring a calm and safe environment for restful sleep
• Recording and reporting any changes in health or behaviour
• Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction
• Supporting with morning routines and preparing for the day ahead
• Responding to emergencies and following established protocols
• Maintaining accurate documentation and handover notes
