  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, supporting them through challenging behaviours.
  • Attend training, supervisions and team meetings during the day.
  • Provide high‑resilience, resourceful support to achieve positive outcomes for children with disabilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience of residential care for children with disabilities.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work with highly challenging behaviour and maintain resilience.
