Job summary

HC-One - The Applewood is looking for an experienced Senior / Team Leader to join our night care management team. You will guide a dedicated care team to deliver personalised resident care, ensuring dignity, respect and high standards across every shift.

We offer extensive training and progression opportunities, with a focus on safeguarding, competency development and moving towards Care Manager roles. A strong team spirit and commitment to quality care are essential.

Qualifications

NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role, and must be willing to complete Level 3

At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
