A leading care provider is looking for a Night Care Manager in Dudley. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a Residential Care Home and NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care. In this role, you will lead a care team, providing personalized care to residents while fostering a supportive workplace culture. With your previous care experience, you will be leading our care team to provide personalised care, meeting and exceeding our resident’s expectations.
NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role, and you must be willing to complete Level 3.
At least 6 months experience as a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home setting is essential.
