A caring organization seeks an experienced carer to lead a team at The Meadows Care Home in South Oxfordshire. Pay Rate: £16.55 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available)
Contracted Hours: Bank
Shift Pattern: 7:00pm- 7:15am

Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home. You’ll review care plans regularly, maintain accurate records, and manage your time and your team’s effectively to support residents’ wellbeing. Some shifts may be challenging, but you’ll also share laughs, have fun, and create lasting memories with our residents.

You’ll have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for Level 3. You should have experience leading a care team, be eager to progress into roles with greater responsibility, and be committed to training and development.
You’ll be a positive role model with excellent communication skills, able to motivate your team to deliver the best care for our residents.
