Our care teams make a real difference every day, and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You’ll ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understand the importance of maintaining accurate records, and manage your time and your team’s effectively to support our residents’ wellbeing. Some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories with our residents.

Located in Old Sarum, just north of Salisbury, Avon Court and Bourne House make up Avonbourne Care Centre. Each offers an elegant environment with compassionate, individualized care in welcoming, homely households. The team provides tailored support depending on residents' needs, from assistance with daily tasks to more specialized nursing and dementia care.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for Level 3. You should have leadership experience in care, be eager to progress, and willing to undertake relevant training. You’ll be a positive role model with excellent communication skills, motivating your team to deliver the best care possible.
