Our care teams make a real difference every day, and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home in general. You’ll review care plans regularly, understand the importance of maintaining accurate records, and manage your and your team’s time effectively to support residents’ wellbeing. Some shifts may be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories with our residents.

Foxby Court is a 46-bed Care Home in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. The home provides residential, respite, and dementia care in a comfortable, homely environment.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or an NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for Level 3. You should have leadership experience in care, be eager to progress, and committed to ongoing training for career growth in a supportive environment.
You’ll be a positive role model with excellent communication skills, able to motivate your team to deliver top-quality care at all times.
