Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Lead for night shifts at Amherst Court, Chatham. Salary £14.72–£15.22 per hour, 34.5 hours weekly with alternate weekend coverage.

You will lead and mentor Care Support Assistants, deliver person-centred care, and uphold high standards within Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy. Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, show compassion, and lead by example to enhance residents’ lives.

Responsibilities
