Night Care Assistants

Location: Whetstone, London

Salary: From A£13.15 per hour

The Care Home is a registered charity based in Whetstone N20. They are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to join the team as Night Care Assistants.

The Role

  1. To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader.
  2. To support and enable residents to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person-centred care unique to each individual.
  3. To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as required, from time-to-time, to maintain and progress knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications
  1. Have experience of working in a care environment.
  2. Be passionate about working hard and achieving great results.
  3. Take pride in always maintaining high standards of care, health, and safety.
  4. Be able to use own initiative.
  5. Be an effective time manager.
  6. Have great communication skills.
