1. Support residents' care, protection, and wellbeing with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting independence.
2. Provide practical assistance and emotional support to help residents achieve personal goals, respecting their individuality and supporting informed choices in line with their care plans.
3. Promote residents' health and wellbeing by meeting their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, and facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities.
4. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, manage stock and equipment, and adhere to company policies.
