Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking compassionate Night Care Assistants for Lewin House in Aylesbury. You will support residents with daily routines, personal care and mobility, while helping create a warm, safe and engaging environment.

We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers, with induction training and ongoing development. Night shifts offer the chance to contribute to high-quality elder care within a supportive, not-for-profit trust.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring approach to residents' wellbeing.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop care skills through induction and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines including personal care and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility, bathing and toilet needs.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities to promote wellbeing.
• Maintain clean, safe and comfortable living environments in Lewin House.
