OSJCT Group is hiring a Night Care Assistant for Lewin House in Aylesbury, a 70-room care home. You will support daily routines and personal care, with induction training provided and a welcoming, respectful team environment.

Applicants may be experienced carers or newcomers to care; we value kindness, dignity and strong communication to create a positive living environment for residents during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in night shifts and care setting.
• Ability to communicate and form relationships with residents.
