Excelcare's Okeley Care Home in Chelmsford is looking for a Night Care Assistant to join a compassionate team providing personal care, mealtime support and daily documentation to residents. You will work 8pm to 8am, 36 hours per week with alternate weekends, supporting individuals to maintain independence and dignity while contributing to care plans.

• Experience in a care environment is preferred.
• Caring and kind approach with a desire to work with older people.

• Assist with mealtimes, personal care and daily documentation (records, charts, care plans).

• Work as part of a compassionate team to support physical, emotional and social needs.
