Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Night Care Assistant in Gloucestershire to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided, with 36 hours per week on night shifts and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Maternity cover for 12 months, 36 hours per week, includes alternate weekends.
• Night shift position with caring duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
