St Philips Care seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Chilton Care Centre on night shifts. You will support residents with daily living tasks, follow care plans, and help promote independence.

No prior qualification beyond care experience is required, as full training is provided. We value reliability, a kind nature and a willingness to learn, with progression opportunities and paid induction.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, caring in nature and kindness.
• Full training can be provided for the right applicant.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to promote continuity of care.
• Assist residents with daily care needs.
• Support holistic caring activities.
• Support independence and daily hygiene.
• Move and handle residents safely.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Report hazards or unsafe equipment.
• Attend mandatory training and staff development.
