Job summary

Kent County Council's Broadmeadow Registered Care Centre in Folkestone is recruiting a night care worker for 35 hours per week. The role covers 21:30 to 07:30, with a four-week rota and comprehensive induction.

You will provide personal care, support independence, and keep clear care records. Full training, uniform and DBS checks are provided, along with an excellent staff benefits scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and emotional support.
• Ability to promote independence in a person-centred way.
• Capable of maintaining clear care records and escalating safeguarding concerns.

• Providing personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Promoting independent living skills under supervision.
• Maintaining clear, succinct care records and escalating safeguarding concerns when needed.
• Attending training events and staff meetings; alignment with policies and procedures.
