Orders of St. John Care Trust operates Spencer Court in Woodstock, providing residential care for 46 residents. We are seeking caring Bank Night Care Assistants to join our team and help maintain a calm, homely environment.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care and support for residents, including those with early-stage dementia. We offer induction and ongoing development within a not-for-profit, values-driven organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care environments or a willingness to train.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Demonstrates compassionate, patient and respectful care.

Aufgaben

• Support daily routines and personal care for residents.
• Assist with bathing, toileting and mobility as required.
• Provide a kind, patient and dignified presence to residents.
