Job summary

Apple Trees in Grantham, part of Orders of St. John Care Trust, is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents with daily routines and personal care. You will help residents maintain comfort, dignity and safety in a 64-bed dementia and intermediate care setting.

You’ll join a team that values compassionate, patient-centred care, with induction training, ongoing development and opportunities to build a lasting career within a growing not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome; induction training provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, toilet use).
• Create a happy, fulfilling life for residents.
