Qualifications

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties.
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to organise workloads and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for residential and dementia residents.
• Promote choice, independence and dignity for residents.
• Work as part of a close-knit care team.
• Support and mentor other team members as needed.
