Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH Group, is recruiting for a night-shift carer to support a young lady with multiple complex needs in Shepherd's Bush. You will assist with overnight repositioning, provide gastronomy care, oral suctioning and monitor ventilation.

No prior experience is required as full training and paid induction are provided. DBS check is covered, with clear paths for career growth into leadership roles and opportunities across the national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential, including PEG feeds, ventilation support (BiPAP), suctioning and chest physio.

Responsibilities

• Overnight repositioning and monitoring for a client with complex needs.
• Provide gastronomy care and oral suctioning.
• Monitor ventilation and assist with care tasks during night shifts.
