Job summary

Etive House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Care Assistant in the Oban area to provide person-centred care for residents in a small group living environment. The role involves helping with daily living, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans and ensuring residents feel safe, valued and respected.

• Maintain dignity, independence and everyday wellbeing of residents.
• Contribute to a warm, supportive environment where relationships matter.
• Participate in training and development to support journey in care.
