Job summary

Kingsacre Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, in Clydebank, Scotland, is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will assist with daily living, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans and reporting changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to ensure safe, responsive care.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm and positive environment where residents feel cared for.
• Full training, guidance and ongoing development are provided.
