Job summary

Priority Care Group is seeking a caring, compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Scotland. You will deliver safe, person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, hygiene, nutrition and mobility, and help people maintain dignity and independence.

We provide comprehensive induction, ongoing training and real opportunities for career progression. A visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

Existing right to work in the UK.
Care experience welcome but full training provided.
Ability to deliver safe, dignified, person-centred care.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
Support with personal care: hygiene, dressing, nutrition, mobility.
Encourage independence and participation in meaningful activities.
Build positive relationships with people we support and their families.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Respond promptly to call systems and work with colleagues.
