Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Scotland to provide compassionate support to residents during night shifts, with a 38.5 hour week. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks, and help residents maintain their comfort and dignity.

Working as part of a friendly care team, you will assist with emotional and physical needs, communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, and participate in ongoing training and development

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
• Providing support and guidance to family members
• Engaging in day‑to‑day activities and providing companionship to residents
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
