Job summary

Holmes Care Group in Scotland is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for our Three Towns site to work 39.38 hours per week on night shifts. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support residents with daily living activities while working within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents.
• Supervising and motivating care assistants to maintain high standards of care.
• Assisting residents with all aspects of their care needs, including physical, emotional and spiritual support.
• Supporting family members and communicating effectively with the care team.
• Assisting trained nurses and unit managers in staff development and daily operations.
• Engaging residents in day-to-day activities and fostering social interaction.
