Amica Care is seeking compassionate Care Assistants (Nights) to support our first residents at Exmouth House. This permanent role offers a supportive, inclusive environment where you help residents with daily routines, promoting independence and wellbeing.

You will be caring, reliable and committed to making a positive difference. Prior care experience is welcome but your empathy and teamwork matter most. Pay rate £13.46–£13.73 per hour.

Qualifications

• Good communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Getting to know residents and supporting personal routines.
• Assist with day-to-day activities while promoting independence and wellbeing.
