Cinnamon Care Collection is hiring Care Assistants for night shifts at Sutton Park Grange, a luxurious 56-bed home in Sutton Coldfield. The role is full-time with alternate weekend working and pays £12.75 per hour, plus company benefits including paid breaks, uniform and DBS.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in care or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for resident comfort and well-being.
• Able to work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents in residential, dementia and nursing care settings.
• Be part of a close-knit team and promote choice, individuality and independence.
• Attend induction, mentorship and ongoing training for career development.
