Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in a welcoming care home environment. You will help with daily living, ensure meals and hydration, and provide companionship to residents, enhancing their quality of life.

The role emphasises empathy, clear communication, and the ability to deliver high standards of care, with training provided to help you thrive in a compassionate team setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
