Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents at our Wilton-based care home. You’ll help with daily living, provide companionship and follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety throughout the day.

You will need a caring approach, excellent communication, and a warm, empathetic manner to deliver high-quality care and meaningful interactions for our residents. Full training is provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. To join us as a Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
