Job summary

Agincare is seeking a caring Night Care Assistant for Agincourt Care Home in Weymouth to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.

You will assist with daily living activities, help with medication recording, and build meaningful relationships that enrich residents' lives, working 36 hours per week with alternating weekends; nights may be available. We provide fully funded training and excellent career development up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
