Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant at a care home to support residents with daily living, provide companionship and follow personalised care plans. You will help with meals, hydration, and activities while delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive team environment.

Successful applicants will have empathy, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude, with training provided to thrive in our caring setting.

• Experience in caring for older people is preferred.
