Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Care Assistant in a UK care home. You will help residents with daily living, meals and personal care, while following care plans and providing companionship to enhance their daily lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. To join us as a Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
