Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in a care home at Southampton. You will support residents with daily living, meals and personal care, while delivering companionship and ensuring comfort.

You will work closely with the team, following care plans and providing one-to-one attention when needed. Training will be provided to help you thrive in this rewarding environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
