Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and provide companionship in a warm, respectful environment.

You will help with meals, follow care plans, and ensure each resident has one-to-one time. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you thrive in this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• You will have some experience caring for older people and a can-do approach.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
