Care Assistant Role

As a Care Assistant, we ask you to care for our residents as if they were your own family, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals. We welcome applications from those with previous experience as a Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or Community Support Worker, but full training is provided for all candidates, including those without prior experience but with a passion for care.

About You:

  • Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a care certificate (training provided, so these are desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience in a Care Home environment is desirable but not necessary.
  • Experience in team leadership.
  • A committed and organized approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
