Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group with over 34 years of experience. We deliver the highest standards of care to older adults with diverse needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining us, you become part of the 'family' and can expect:

• Salary: £12.00 - £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Part-time or full-time positions available
• 12-hour NIGHT shifts from 8pm to 8am, Monday to Sunday, including alternate weekends

About the role:

As a Care Assistant, you will assist with mealtimes, personal care, and maintain appropriate documentation such as daily records, charts, and care plans. You will engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

What we are looking for:

Experience in a care environment—whether in a care home, as a home care worker, or caring for a loved one—is preferred. However, a caring and kind approach and a desire to work with older people are essential. Join the Excelcare family!
