Job description

Victoria House is a small 20 bed residential care home located by the sea in Ryde.

We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Assistant to work 24 hours.

We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to work two 7pm-7am shifts a week with the scope to pick up additional shifts should you want to, which is paid at an overtime enhancement rate.

Our pay is competitive, and the shifts can be flexible to ensure you have a work/home life balance.

As a Night Care Assistant, you will support the Night Senior on shift and work as part of the team to ensure the welfare and safety of the residents. You will work in a person-centred way to meet our residents' needs and support them with their personal care, answering call bells, preparing light snacks and drinks, completing night checks, assisting with any laundry, ironing and cleaning duties, and completing night notes on our digital platform.
