Astune Rise in Peterlee is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily routines, helping them maintain independence, dignity and mobility in a warm, resident-focused environment.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, assist with personal needs such as dressing, eating and bathing, and keep accurate records as part of a professional, compassionate team. All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced criminal record check.

• Experience in delivering care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive, friendly, and respectful approach.
• Remain calm, organised, and compassionate during busy periods, ensuring residents continue to receive the highest standard of care.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards expected within a care setting.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to the changing needs of residents and the care environment.
• Complete tasks under the direction of the senior team and use initiative when working independently.
